My name is Sichen Ying. I am a futurist, a cognitive architect, human systems designer, and guide to building integrity.
My own personal blueprint, revealed through frameworks like astrology and the Gene Keys, is one of immense structural tension—a Grand Cross that demands the constant integration of conflicting forces. This lived experience is the foundation of my work.
As a guide, I help leaders and teams navigate their own "grand cross" dynamics by transforming their core tensions into resilient Integrity. I teach what I am here to master.
