The purpose of this template is to provide you with a simple, yet effective way to manage your contacts, track your interactions, set reminders.
The Personal CRM templates has 4 databases Peoples, Interactions, Notes and Group the last 3 mentioned databases are connected to the people's database, allowing for seamless tracking and organization of relevant information.
Peoples Database
In the People's database, you can store all of your contact information, including names, phone numbers, email addresses, social media profiles, contact frequency, last contact, birthdays, anniversaries, and more. You can also group your contacts based on different criteria, such as industry, location, or relationship status.
Birthday and Anniversary
in the birthday property once you entered a birthday date next birthday date will be calculated automatically. If the next birthday is within next 30 days, the person's name will appear in the dashboard birthdays section. similarly, you can enter a person’s wedding anniversary too in the anniversary property.
Follow Up Dates
- In the Frequency field, you can set how often you want to get in touch with someone.
- After adding the frequency days, you should add a date to the Last Contact property.
- The Follow-up Date property will automatically calculate the date you should get in touch with that person based on the frequency and last contact date.
- If you followed up as planned, change the Last Contact property to that date.
- If you did not follow up as planned, the person's name and follow-up date will appear in the Overdue view on the dashboard.
Reminder
In the Reminder property, you can set reminders with messages. To set a reminder, type '@remind' followed by the date you want to be reminded on.
Interaction Database
Every People database page is connected to the Interactions database, where you can log all of your interactions with each contact. Once you create a page for a contact in the People database, click on the Person Template button to populate the Interactions and Notes databases. By default, the Interactions database view on the person's page has a filter so you will only see interaction entries for that person. You can see all of your interactions on the Home dashboard.
When logging an interaction, you can put your next plan with that person in the Next Plan field. This will be carried over to the person's database, and you will see your next plan in the person's page itself.
Notes Database
You can save notes about a person on that person's page in the notes database.
