when an administration is nosy,
the people become unruly.
when the labor of the many
supports the happiness of the few,
such “happiness”only conceals misery.
who can stop the cycle? it never ceases.
the normal becomes abnormal.
the fortunate becomes unfortunate.
the people are kept in confusion.
wise rulers are square, but they do not poke;
they are angular, but do not injure;
they are upright, but not cross;
they are bright, but not glaring.
