post: kairos= “deep time”

two minds, two clocks: one for the day, one for the deep. this interface is for the latter:

system 1 = fast, daily noise. system 2 = slow, deliberate focus.

the “k” in kairos is the architectural branch aligning them. (k = a constant of nature’s structural integrity.)

this alignment gives rise to its symmetry, simplexity, serenity.

no more skins. just the environment:

your inner sanctum. born of clear thought, built for deep work, in deep time.

“The Greeks had two words for time. Chronos is the time we usually keep an eye on. Kairos was our participation of time. Time that move us so that we lose our sense of time; timeless time; moments at which the clock seems to stop; feeding, renewing, more motherly time. It’s the time with which we feel one instead of outside of it, the self, the tao, the love that connects us to others.” ~Jean Shinoda Bolen “The Greeks had two words for time.
